I have opened an ETSY store. Well it has been open for a while but I finally took the plunge and put stuff in it! LOL

- I am a Florida native. I never get tired of a Florida Sunset. A few years ago I had genetic testing for Cholesterol and found out that I most likely have my grandfather’s genetic makeup. He died at age 55 of a heart attack. I was put on a strict diet and given Cholesterol meds. I decided that day, that I did not want to leave this Earth before my time. I know we don’t know when that day will be but I have an incredible husband, 2 fantastic sons, awesome friends and a great family and I didn't want a bad diet to get in the way of a full life. I want to be with them as long as I can. Nor did I want to get to heaven before they were ready for me. ;)haha So I started the diet. Prior to this, I was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia and Pernicious Anemia. Flash forward a few years, latest blood work and testing indicated that I was deficient in Iron, B12 low (dh gives me weekly shots) and I have Osteopenia. I have friends and family that thought I should blog about it and my findings regarding my diet(s). That it might be helpful to me as well as them and others.
